Refund & Returns Policy
This page explains the general basis on which refunds, returns and order issues may be handled for website orders placed with Everything Kold Limited.
Before requesting a return
Please contact us first with your order details, the item involved and the reason for the request so we can confirm the correct next step.
Standard stock items
Unused, unopened and resalable standard stock items may be considered for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to prior agreement.
Non-returnable items
- special-order, made-to-measure or non-stock items ordered specifically for a customer;
- installed equipment, completed labour, call-out time, diagnostic work or site attendance already carried out;
- used, damaged or incomplete items not in a resaleable condition.
Damaged or incorrect goods
If an item arrives damaged, faulty on arrival or clearly incorrect, please report it as soon as reasonably possible and preferably within 48 hours of receipt with photos where relevant.
Refund timing
Where a refund is approved, it will usually be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable time after the returned item has been checked or the issue has been confirmed.
Return costs
Unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival or supplied in error, return delivery costs are normally the customer’s responsibility.
